Luxury Presence alternatives with published prices
Luxury Presence alternatives that publish a price are AgentFire, Placester, Real Geeks, Showcase IDX and IDX Broker. Luxury Presence prints no dollar figure on its plans page, so the table sets each option's printed price, term and builder side by side, as read on October 29, 2026.
Each shows MLS (multiple listing service) listings through IDX (Internet Data Exchange). Showcase IDX, and IDX Broker on Core and Engage, only add it to a site you already run.
| Alternative | Published price | Contract or term | Who builds |

Try AgentFire →What Luxury Presence publishes and what it leaves out
Luxury Presence names four plans, from Launch (1,000 contacts, 1 user) to All In (50,000 contacts, up to 20 users), and sends teams of more than 20 agents to sales. Every plan includes a designed website with MLS integration and IDX search, plus hosting and maintenance.
Its FAQ says the one-time setup fee varies by plan and by whether your brokerage has a partnership with Luxury Presence, and that it is collected upfront. All plans are a 12-month agreement, and monthly billing begins when the website goes live. The dollar lines marked "Up to" are managed ad-budget ceilings, not plan prices.
AgentFire: a designed site without a 12-month term
AgentFire prints its prices for a site its designers build. Ignite is $800 one-time setup, Custom is $2,750 and Firebrand is $6,500; the monthly plan is Pro at $165 or Plus at $215, billed monthly only.
Its pricing page says it does not do long-term contracts. AgentFire's Terms refund the setup fee in full on a written request within 48 hours of purchase and 90 percent before the Development Milestone (for Ignite, your submission of completed onboarding materials), then nothing. Monthly fees are not refundable once billed.
Billing start is another detail to pin down. Luxury Presence starts monthly billing when the site goes live. AgentFire's checkout says it starts about 4 to 8 weeks after purchase, depending on the package, while its Terms say the fee starts when development begins. AgentFire vs Luxury Presence sets the two side by side.
Placester, Showcase IDX and IDX Broker for lower monthly costs
Placester's Agent Essential is $59 a month, or $566 billed annually, with no contracts and an AI builder you use yourself. Showcase IDX Essentials is $94.95 a month or $849.50 a year, with no setup fees. IDX Broker Core is $60 a month and Elite, which adds a hosted site, is $149, month to month, with a setup fee given on request.
Placester lists a 14-day free trial and Showcase IDX a 10-day trial; Luxury Presence lists none, and AgentFire's first step is a demo with its sales team. As computations, not vendor prices, 36 months is 36 x $59 = $2,124 on Placester Agent Essential, before its $25 a month for each IDX, against $800 + 36 x $165 = $6,740 on AgentFire's Ignite with Pro, before MLS pass-through fees.
Real Geeks for teams that buy leads
Real Geeks is $399 a month on its 12-month term, $599 on 6 months and about $333 on the annual term, with a $500 one-time setup on every term and 2 users included. Its base platform lists a website, CRM, marketing tools and training. IDX feeds add $10 per board a month.
Its lead packages are paid advertising, and the page ties the number of leads to your market tier. Real Geeks lists no trial and offers a demo. Pick it for a platform with lead packages if you accept a commitment term. More routes are on AgentFire alternatives and best real estate website for agents.
