What AgentFire is and who uses it

AgentFire is a company that designs, hosts and maintains websites with built-in IDX (Internet Data Exchange) for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. AgentFire's own About page says it was founded in 2013.

You buy a one-time design package and a monthly plan. As read on October 29, 2026, the Ignite package is $800 one-time and the Pro plan is $165 a month, billed monthly only, with MLS (multiple listing service) pass-through fees extra. AgentFire pricing lists every package and add-on.

How AgentFire builds a site: package, onboarding and launch

You start with an onboarding form that captures your brand and goals, then comment on a draft. AgentFire's pricing page gives go-live timelines of 1.5 to 4+ weeks, depending on the package. At launch, its live transfer moves the finished site onto your own domain, which its help desk says takes up to 48 hours. After launch, its success team gives you a 1-hour recorded training session.

AgentFire IDX, lead tools and the CRM connection

AF IDX is AgentFire's own IDX feed and the default on every site. On boards that list only Showcase IDX, Showcase's own plan and terms apply; ask AgentFire in writing what you pay. AgentFire IDX covers coverage and fees.

AgentFire's tour describes a home value tool where visitors enter an address for an estimate, Listings Hub pages that turn a listing into a lead capture page, and Engage CTA, which matches a call to action to the page. Leads from AF IDX land in Lead Manager, the dashboard that holds them and syncs them to a connected CRM. AgentFire says CRM connections are free and names Follow Up Boss, Lofty and Zapier among its integrations.

AgentFire's tour calls its home valuation tool built in and its checkout lists Home Values with the Pro plan; its pricing page lists Home Values among optional features and its help desk files it under add-ons, so ask AgentFire in writing whether it is in your plan.

What AgentFire is not: a site you can export

The pricing FAQ says your original content, photos and videos remain yours, while AgentFire's own design, technology and functionality cannot be transferred to another provider. AgentFire hosts the site only on its own servers, manages its DNS through its Cloudflare account and does not host email.

AgentFire or a builder: who should pick which

Pick AgentFire when you want the site built for you and can accept that the design stays with AgentFire. Pick Placester to build and edit the site yourself with its AI builder, or Showcase IDX to add IDX to a WordPress site you already own.

AgentFire has no free trial or free plan: you see its dashboard only after a sales demo, through temporary access the salesperson can grant. AgentFire reviews covers its limits.
