AgentFire teams: Team Link pricing, agent profiles and lead routing

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Quick answerAgentFire's Team Link puts a team on one site, with a profile page and limited login per agent, at $10 a user a month for 1 to 49 users on top of the plan. Teams that build their own site can price Placester's Team plan.

AgentFire teams: what Team Link adds

Team Link is AgentFire's answer for teams: one site, with a profile page and limited backend access for each agent.

As read on October 29, 2026, the Ignite design package is $800 one-time and the Pro plan is $165 a month, billed monthly only. Team Link comes on top of the plan, and AgentFire's pages price it two ways: $10, $7 or $5 per user a month by team size on the pricing page's Monthly Plans tab, and "From $5/mo/agent" on its add-on card. See AgentFire pricing for every package and plan. The Try AgentFire button below opens the page where you book a 30-minute AgentFire demo.

Team Link pricing by team size

The rate is set by total team size and applies to every seat. A six-agent team sits in the 1 to 49 band, so each seat is $10 a month.

Agent profiles, logins and vanity domains

Each agent gets a profile page, a unique #TeamLink hashtag and limited backend access to manage their own content. AgentFire's help desk says a Team Link user can edit their profile page, Listings Hub, reviews, blogging, saved searches, search categories and Lead Manager, the dashboard where site leads land before they go to a CRM.

To add an agent, create a team member profile, tell AgentFire's success team so billing is updated, then create the Team Link user. A vanity URL, a custom address for an agent, applies only to the profile page.

How leads are attributed to each agent

AgentFire lists three attribution methods: profile page traffic, personalized links and #TeamLink hashtags. If a lead is already in the system, it stays with the original team member. Leads can also be assigned directly to an agent in Lead Manager.

One CRM for the whole team

Team Link allows one CRM for the whole team, and agents cannot connect personal CRMs. With a CRM connected, AgentFire routes all leads to it unless routing rules say otherwise; without one, leads stay in Lead Manager. It lists direct integrations such as Follow Up Boss, Lofty and Pipedrive. See real estate website lead capture tool for the forms and pages that feed Lead Manager.

Team Link, Placester's Team plan or Real Geeks for six agents

Placester lists Team at $199 a month, or $1,910 billed annually. Its FAQ says subscriptions include 10, 25 and 100 agent seats, and the Team column prints no seat count, so ask which size Team is. Real Geeks lists $399 a month on its 12-month term, with a $500 one-time setup, 2 users included and $25 for users 3 to 10.

  • Pick AgentFire Team Link for a vendor-built, branded site with a profile page per agent and one shared CRM.
  • Pick Placester's Team plan to build the site yourself with its AI builder.
  • Pick Real Geeks for a website and CRM on one platform.

AgentFire has no free trial; after its 30-minute demo, your salesperson can give you temporary dashboard access. Best real estate team websites compares more options.
