AgentFire pricing: how the plan and cost layers fit together
AgentFire prices a website in layers. Its pricing page walks through four steps: choose a design package, choose a monthly plan, confirm IDX, and choose add-ons. The design package is a one-time setup charge. The monthly plan repeats every month. IDX is listed as included with every site. Add-ons are optional and billed on their own terms.
This guide describes that structure as read on October 29, 2026 and leaves the amounts to the live pricing page, because they change and some depend on the options you select. Keep that page open beside this one and write each number into the three-year sum further down.
Design packages and monthly plans: what each step includes
- Setup is where the packages differ most. Ignite applies your branding to one of four themes with a white-glove setup. Custom adds a custom homepage, three custom interior pages and a dedicated senior designer. Firebrand uses ten custom interior pages, executive-led creative direction and three strategy sessions.
- The base monthly plan covers IDX integration, support access, hosting, feature upgrades, CDN delivery, daily backups and school and demographic data. The FAQ marks the base fee with an asterisk, and the footnote says IDX fees do not include MLS pass-through fees.
- The second monthly plan adds three assisted support hours, monthly blog articles and AI drip campaigns, and the pricing page also lists that upgrade as a monthly add-on.
- Team Link is an optional per-user monthly add-on, priced at three levels that fall as the number of users rises.
- There is no long-term contract, according to the pricing FAQ, and go-live runs from about a week and a half to four weeks or more depending on the package.
Fees and add-ons that sit outside the base plan
- Add-ons on the pricing page: ClickMaps and Logo and Branding Design are listed from a starting amount, Local SEO Setup is a one-time setup charge, Home Values Enrich and Neighborhood Quiz are monthly, and AgentFire Ads is priced on a quote.
- Rate list: the help desk lists hourly rates for general labor and custom design, a flat starting rate for each custom interior page, and a rate for a custom homepage.
- One-time changes: an IDX switch, a domain name change, a rebrand, an extra form, a site transfer, a Cloudflare API token setup, rush work and reactivation each have their own fee on that list.
- Storage: sites come with a default amount of storage, and extra storage is billed monthly for each additional gigabyte.
- MLS charges: IDX fees do not include MLS pass-through fees, so ask your MLS what it charges to display its listings. Combining several boards into one IDX feed carries extra charges, according to the IDX help article.
- Pausing: a monthly storage subscription keeps a deactivated site stored and avoids reactivation fees, while a reactivation fee applies after six months if you cancel outright.
Total cost over three years: the sum to run
Write the total as one line and fill it from the live page:
design package + (monthly plan x 36) + (recurring add-ons x 36) + one-time add-ons + MLS pass-through fees + any change fees.
Run it twice: once for the plan you would actually pick and once for the plan above it. Compare the two totals, not the headline monthly figure. Because the monthly plan repeats 36 times, set it beside the one-time design package for each tier before you decide that either one is the main cost. Then add the same line for a rival, as AgentFire vs Placester does, so the comparison covers the same three years.
Value check: when is an upgrade worth the extra cost
Two upgrades deserve a break-even question. The higher monthly plan adds three assisted support hours, blog articles and AI drip content, so compare its extra monthly charge with what you would pay elsewhere for writing and help with listings. A higher design package adds custom interior pages, so compare its one-time charge with the number of custom pages you would use in the first year.
Whether either is worth it depends on your market, your time and your lead sources. Nothing on the vendor's pages promises a result, so plan the budget without assuming one. A practical test: list the features you would use in the first six months, price each from the live page and set the rest aside.
Questions to put to a salesperson before you pay
- What is the exact base monthly fee after the conditions marked with an asterisk?
- Which MLS pass-through fees apply to my board, and who bills them?
- What would a transfer, a rebrand, a reactivation or a domain change cost if I move or leave?
- Is my MLS on the coverage list for the IDX you would install? The AgentFire review covers the coverage page and the limits.
- Which features in the higher plan would I use in the first six months?
