AgentFire alternatives: six agent website options compared

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Quick answerFor a lower monthly price pick Placester, a site you build yourself; for IDX on a WordPress site you own, Showcase IDX; for paid lead packages, Real Geeks. AgentFire still fits agents who want the site built.

AgentFire alternatives at a glance

The main AgentFire alternatives are Placester, Showcase IDX, IDX Broker, Real Geeks, Luxury Presence and a brokerage-provided site. They differ in who builds the site and in how IDX (Internet Data Exchange), the feed that shows MLS (multiple listing service) listings on your own site, is billed.

AgentFire is the baseline: $800 one-time for the Ignite design package, then $165 a month on the Pro plan, billed monthly only, as read on October 29, 2026. IDX is included; MLS pass-through fees are extra. Each rival price keeps that rival's own billing basis.

Showcase IDX, and IDX Broker on Core and Engage, add IDX to a site you already run; they are not websites. Agent Image and Sierra Interactive come up in the same searches; for both, the price is on the vendor's own page.

Placester: a self-built site with a free trial

Placester's Agent Essential is $59 a month, or $566 billed annually, with no contracts. You build the site yourself: Placester says you can change it by chatting with its AI builder. IDX costs $25 a month for each active MLS contract, and your MLS's own access fee is separate.

Placester's pricing header lists a 14-day free trial on every plan, and its FAQ says up to 21 days.

As a computation, not a vendor price, Placester Agent Essential with one IDX is 36 x $59 + 36 x $25 = $3,024 over 36 months on monthly billing, before any Placester setup service. AgentFire's Ignite with Pro, which includes the build, is $800 + 36 x $165 = $6,740, before MLS pass-through fees. AgentFire vs Placester compares the two routes.

Showcase IDX and IDX Broker: IDX for a site you own

Showcase IDX is a WordPress IDX plugin. Essentials is $94.95 a month or $849.50 a year, with no setup fees or long-term contracts. Its pricing page lists a 10-day trial with no credit card; its plugin page says the trial with live data starts once your MLS approves you.

IDX Broker lists Core at $60 a month, Engage at $99 and Elite at $149, month to month. Each plan carries a one-time setup fee given only on request. Core and Engage add IDX to your site; Elite adds a hosted, professionally designed website. IDX Broker offers a free 3-minute product tour, not a trial.

Real Geeks and Luxury Presence: longer terms

Real Geeks prices one platform by commitment term: $599 a month on 6 months, $399 on 12 months and about $333 on the annual term, billed as $3,990. Every term adds a $500 one-time setup fee and includes 2 users. Its lead packages are paid advertising, and it lists no trial.

Luxury Presence prints no dollar figure on its plans page and lists no trial. Every plan is a 12-month agreement with a one-time setup fee collected upfront, and monthly billing begins when your website goes live. AgentFire vs Luxury Presence sets that term against AgentFire's.

A brokerage-provided site and what moves with you

BoldTrail, a platform vendor, says many brokerages give agents a basic website, that such sites are technically free to the agent, and that customization is usually limited to headshots and contact information. Ask your brokerage whether such a site moves with you when you leave.

When AgentFire is still the better fit

AgentFire fits an agent who wants a designed site built for them. Ignite is $800 one-time with four themes and your branding, and the base fee covers IDX, hosting and support. The pricing page's footnote adds that IDX fees do not include MLS pass-through fees, and the IDX FAQ says combining boards costs extra.

AgentFire's pricing page says it has no long-term contracts, though canceling takes the site down and reactivation after six months carries a fee. Team Link adds a profile page and a login for each agent on one site. The trade-off is ownership: you keep your content, photos and videos, but the AgentFire design cannot be exported to another host.

AgentFire lists no trial: a demo with its sales team comes first, and the salesperson can then give you temporary dashboard access. For the lowest bill, see cheapest real estate websites for agents; for the wider field, see best real estate website for agents.
