Setup fee and monthly price by commitment term

Real Geeks sets its monthly price by the commitment term you pick: $599 on 6 months, $399 on 12 months (the page default) and about $333 billed annually at $3,990. Every term carries the $500 setup fee. AgentFire's price does not change with a term, because it bills monthly only: $165 for Pro, $215 for Plus.

Over 36 months, as computations and not vendor prices, AgentFire Ignite with Pro is $800 + 36 x $165 = $6,740. Real Geeks on 12 months is $500 + 36 x $399 = $14,864, and on the annual term $500 + 3 x $3,990 = $12,470. Each leaves out IDX and MLS fees, add-ons and change fees.

IDX feeds, users and team pricing

Real Geeks sells MLS board feeds at $10 per board a month, and with one feed its plan summary reads $409 a month on 12 months. AgentFire includes IDX in every site and leaves MLS pass-through fees (charges some MLSs make for data access) with the client.

Real Geeks includes two users, then charges $25 each for users 3 to 10, $10 for users 11 to 40, $5 for users 41 to 100 and $1 from user 101. AgentFire adds agents through Team Link at $10, $7 or $5 per user a month by team size. Its CRM connections are offered for free.

Paid lead packages and what Real Geeks says about lead counts

Real Geeks sells lead packages as paid advertising on top of the platform. On its 12-month term, Social Lead Packages are $299 per package a month and Search and Seller Lead Packages are $599 each. The page shows a monthly lead estimate for each package and says the number of leads is tied to your market tier. A lead credit, given if too few leads arrive, applies to the paid ad packages only.

AgentFire's ad add-on, AgentFire Ads, is priced by quote, so no price sits beside Real Geeks' packages. Leads from its IDX search land in Lead Manager and can pass to a connected CRM.

Domains and leaving each platform

Real Geeks charges a $50 domain transfer fee if it bought your domain and you move it to a site that is not on Real Geeks. Its pricing page does not say whether a site can be exported.

On AgentFire, content you upload stays yours, but the design, technology and functionality cannot be moved to another provider. Its DNS runs through its Cloudflare account, and a canceled site goes down. Reactivation after six months starts at $125 an hour, and On Ice storage is $30 a month.

Both start with a demo rather than a trial: Real Geeks through its Get a Demo form, AgentFire through a 30-minute booking. Pick AgentFire for a designed site at a lower monthly price. Pick Real Geeks for users and paid lead packages on one bill. See Real Geeks alternatives, Placester vs Real Geeks and AgentFire pricing.
