AgentFire vs Luxury Presence: prices, contracts and setup fees

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Quick answerAgentFire prints its prices and asks for no long-term contract. Luxury Presence prints no plan price and every plan is a 12-month agreement; it fits a team of up to 20 agents that accepts that term.

AgentFire vs Luxury Presence: the short answer

AgentFire prints its prices and Luxury Presence prints none on its plans page. AgentFire's Ignite design package is $800 one-time setup and its Pro plan is $165 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 29, 2026. Luxury Presence names a one-time setup fee and four plans but gives no dollar amount for either, so the two cannot be priced side by side.

What each publishes about price and setup fees

AgentFire shows three design packages, $800 (Ignite), $2,750 (Custom) and $6,500 (Firebrand), then $165 (Pro) or $215 (Plus) a month. Ignite with Pro comes to $800 plus 36 x $165, or $6,740, over three years. That is a computation rather than a vendor price, before MLS (multiple listing service) fees, add-ons and change fees.

Luxury Presence's FAQ says its one-time setup fee varies by plan and by whether your brokerage has a partnership with it. The fee covers the design consultation, the website build, MLS integration and CRM setup, and it is collected upfront. Monthly billing begins when the site goes live. No Luxury Presence total can be built, because no price is printed.

Lines on its page that start with "Up to" and a dollar amount describe managed ad budgets, which go to Google or Meta. They are not plan prices.

Plans and team sizes on each side

Luxury Presence prints four plans by contacts and users: Launch (1,000 contacts, 1 user), Brand (3,000, up to 3 users), Scale (10,000, up to 10 users) and All In (50,000, up to 20 users). Teams above 20 agents get Presence Premier by talking to sales. Every plan includes a designed website with MLS integration and IDX (Internet Data Exchange) search, plus hosting and maintenance.

AgentFire has two monthly plans and adds agents through Team Link, a profile page and login per agent. AgentFire's pages price Team Link two ways: $10, $7 or $5 per user a month by team size on the pricing page's plan tab, and "From $5/mo/agent" on the add-on card.

Contract length: no long-term contract or 12 months

Luxury Presence's FAQ says all plans are a 12-month agreement, and an upgrade does not restart the term or add a second setup fee. AgentFire's pricing FAQ says "No! We don't do long-term contracts." That sits beside a setup fee due at sign-up, monthly fees that are non-refundable once billed, a reactivation fee after six months and a $30-a-month On Ice storage subscription. Canceling takes the site down.

Neither vendor lists a free trial: AgentFire books a 30-minute demo, and Luxury Presence's plans page has no trial line.

Which agent fits AgentFire and which Luxury Presence

Pick AgentFire if you want prices in writing before a call and a plan billed monthly. Pick Luxury Presence if your team has up to 20 agents, wants its All In plan and accepts a 12-month agreement, or if your brokerage has a partnership that Luxury Presence says can lower the price.

An agent who would rather build the site alone can start with Placester, from $59 a month on monthly billing. Luxury Presence alternatives compares more routes, AgentFire pricing lists each AgentFire fee and AgentFire review sets out its limits.
