AgentFire's three design packages compared

Ignite has four themes (District, Gateway, Pioneer and Regalia) with white-glove setup and your branding. Custom adds a custom homepage, 10 pre-configured interior pages, 3 custom interior pages and a dedicated senior designer. Firebrand has a custom homepage, executive-led creative direction and 3 strategy sessions. The pricing card lists 10 custom interior pages; the tour says up to 10.

The Terms allow two revision rounds on Ignite and Custom and three on Firebrand. AgentFire's checkout says monthly billing starts after the build period, about 4 to 8 weeks after purchase depending on the package; its Terms say the monthly fee starts when development begins.

Luxury Presence and its 12-month agreement

Luxury Presence's plans page prints no dollar figure, so no price appears here. Its plans are Launch for 1 user, Brand for up to 3, Scale for up to 10 and All In for up to 20, each with a designed website, MLS integration and IDX search. A one-time setup fee varies by plan and by brokerage partnership, and it is collected upfront. Ask Luxury Presence for the amount in writing.

All plans are a 12-month agreement, and monthly billing begins when the site goes live. AgentFire says it has no long-term contract, but canceling takes the site down, a reactivation fee applies after six months, and a paused site costs $30 a month on Ice. AgentFire vs Luxury Presence sets the two side by side.

Lower-cost done-for-you help: Placester and IDX Broker Elite

Placester's Do It For Me service starts at $75 a month. Its setup services run 10, 12 or 30 hours; Professional Setup covers IDX and MLS integration, lead capture forms, domain connection and up to 10 interior pages. The setup prices are on Placester's pages.

IDX Broker's Elite plan is $149 a month, billed month to month, and adds a fully hosted, professionally designed website. Its one-time setup fee is given only on request.

What a custom design costs to change later

AgentFire's help-desk rate list, which is undated, prices later changes: a custom interior page from $350, custom design at $150 an hour, a rebrand at $100 to $200, a font change at $100 and a domain name change at $100. Logo & Branding Design starts at $2,500. The Terms add that rework after a scope change, such as a logo or brokerage change, can be charged.

AgentFire pricing lists every layer, and best website builder for real estate agents covers the self-serve side. AgentFire's design work is seen first in a 30-minute demo.
