Real estate website lead capture tool: forms, home values and CRM sync

Last reviewed October 29, 2026

Quick answerLook for four lead capture tools: a home value form, lead pages for listings, calls to action matching the page and a sync to your CRM. AgentFire's checkout lists the first three with Pro; its CRM integrations are free.

Real estate website lead capture tool: the four to look for

A real estate website lead capture tool should give visitors four ways to become a contact: a home value form, a lead page for a listing, a call to action that matches the page, and a sync that sends each lead to your CRM (customer relationship management) system.

Home value forms and what they ask

AgentFire's tour describes visitors entering an address for an instant, data-driven estimate. Its help desk says that requiring a phone number is expected to lower the conversion ratio, and that Home Values can send each lead through a Zapier webhook. Its pricing page lists Home Values Enrich at $29 a month, to convert partial leads into complete lead profiles.

AgentFire's pages differ on whether Home Values comes with the plan. Its tour calls the tool built in and its checkout lists it with Pro, while its pricing page lists it among optional features and its help desk files it under add-ons. Ask AgentFire in writing whether it is in your plan.

NAR's policy, 2023 edition, lets a seller have an automated value estimate removed from beside their listing, so check your MLS (multiple listing service) rules before placing a value tool next to IDX (Internet Data Exchange) listings.

Listing pages, open houses and area quizzes

Listings Hub is AgentFire's tool for pages for your own listings. Its tour says it turns any listing into a dedicated lead capture page for social media, newsletters or digital ads, and its help desk lists templates for active and sold listings. Open house sign-in sits inside Listings Hub, with pre-registration and on-site registration, and leads sync to your CRM.

Neighborhood Quiz is $20 a month; AgentFire's checkout adds a $199 setup fee. It matches a visitor to neighborhoods that have Area Guides, AgentFire's local-area pages with listings, demographics, schools and maps, so Area Guides must be enabled first.

Treat the quiz as a vendor feature, not a targeting tool. HUD's rule (24 CFR 100.75) covers any advertisement that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination in the sale or rental of a dwelling.

Where leads go: Lead Manager and your CRM

Without a CRM, AgentFire saves website leads in Lead Manager, the dashboard where site leads land before they go to a CRM. With one connected, it routes all leads there unless routing rules say otherwise. It lists direct integrations such as Follow Up Boss, Lofty and Pipedrive, plus a Zapier route for other CRMs, and says the integrations are free.

AgentFire's IDX cannot bulk import existing leads with their listing alerts. Real Geeks lists a website and CRM together in its platform, and Placester Agent Essential lists lead capture popups and forms. For a team, AgentFire teams covers attribution per agent.

MLS rules for calls to action on IDX pages

Your MLS's own rules set what a call to action on an IDX page must say. The California Regional MLS (CRMLS) standards say any call-to-action button, box or link must specify which agent will respond, and listing credit must appear on every listing display for all statuses. AgentFire's Engage CTA can target a page, a market report, a featured community or blog posts. This is not legal advice.

Keller Williams' page says leads from its agent sites funnel into Contacts in the brokerage platform.

AgentFire's checkout lists Home Values, Lead Pages, Listings Hub and Engage CTA with its $165-a-month Pro plan, and leads land in Lead Manager or sync to a connected CRM; best real estate website for agents compares other sites, and the AgentFire review covers its limits. AgentFire has no trial site; its 30-minute demo is the way to see the product first.
