Real Geeks alternatives at a glance
Real Geeks alternatives are AgentFire, Placester, Showcase IDX, IDX Broker and iHomefinder. The first four print a monthly price; iHomefinder gives its plan price by call. Real Geeks itself is $399 a month on a 12-month term, plus a $500 one-time setup, as read on October 29, 2026.
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the feed that shows MLS (multiple listing service) listings on a site. Showcase IDX, and IDX Broker on Core and Engage, only add it to a site you already run.

Try AgentFire →What Real Geeks charges by commitment term
Real Geeks prices one platform by commitment term: $599 a month on 6 months, $399 on 12 months, which is the page default, and about $333 on the annual term, billed as $3,990. Every term adds a $500 one-time setup fee and includes 2 users. One IDX feed adds $10 a month on each monthly term and $120 billed annually on the annual term.
As computations, not vendor prices: $500 + 36 x $399 = $14,864 on the 12-month term, $500 + 36 x $599 = $22,064 on 6 months and $500 + 3 x $3,990 = $12,470 on the annual term, before IDX feeds and lead packages.
The pricing page lists a website, CRM, marketing tools and training in the base platform, and shows a demo request and no trial. If Real Geeks bought your domain, it charges a $50 domain transfer fee to move it to a non-Real Geeks site.
AgentFire for a designed site with monthly billing
AgentFire has no commitment term to choose. Its pricing page says it does not do long-term contracts, and billing is monthly: Pro is $165 a month and Plus is $215, after a one-time setup of $800 for Ignite, $2,750 for Custom or $6,500 for Firebrand.
As computations, not vendor prices, 36 months run from $6,740 (Ignite with Pro) to $14,240 (Firebrand with Plus), before MLS pass-through fees, add-ons and change fees. Canceling stops the monthly fee and takes the site down, and the setup fee is refundable only early: in full within 48 hours, 90 percent before the Development Milestone.
For teams, Team Link gives each agent a profile page and a login on one site. The pricing page's plan tab lists it at $10, $7 or $5 per user a month by team size, and the add-on card at "From $5/mo/agent." See best real estate team websites for team routes.
Placester and IDX add-ons for lower monthly costs
Placester's Agent Essential is $59 a month, or $566 billed annually, with no contracts. Showcase IDX Essentials is $94.95 a month or $849.50 a year, with no setup fees. IDX Broker's Core, Engage and Elite plans are $60, $99 and $149 a month, month to month, each with a one-time setup fee given on request.
These are not like for like with Real Geeks. Showcase IDX and IDX Broker Core cover the IDX piece only, so the website, CRM and lead tools come from elsewhere. Placester lists a 14-day free trial and Showcase IDX a 10-day trial; AgentFire offers a demo.
Real Geeks lead packages and the alternatives' lead tools
Real Geeks sells lead packages as paid advertising: Social Lead Packages are $299 per package a month and Search and Seller Lead Packages are $599 each, both on the 12-month term. The page ties the number of leads to your market tier.
AgentFire's lead tools are site features: its tour says Listings Hub turns a listing into a lead capture page for social media, newsletters or ads, and leads from its IDX land in Lead Manager. Placester lists lead capture popups and forms on Agent Essential. AgentFire vs Real Geeks and Placester vs Real Geeks compare the platforms.
